Yes. You can change plans at any time with 30 days’ notice. Most clients start on Keep It Running and upgrade once they see the site momentum building.

No. Unused hours don't roll over. But in practice, most care plan clients use all their time. If you consistently have unused hours, we might talk about whether Keep It Running is the right plan for you.
