Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 11, 2026
Thank you for choosing to work with Crockett as in Davy/Kelli Crockett Newsome. We provide creative and consulting services, including website design, branding, SEO, strategy consulting, Shopify and Squarespace setup, and related digital services.
Because our services involve time, strategy, custom design work, and digital deliverables, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Deposits
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Deposits secure your project start date, planning time, and creative resources.
Project Payments
Payments made for completed work, strategy sessions, consulting calls, design work, digital deliverables, SEO work, or development services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a project at any time in writing. If cancellation occurs:
Any completed work must still be paid in full
Outstanding invoices become immediately due
Any unused portion of prepaid work may be evaluated at our discretion for partial credit only
Consulting Sessions
Consulting calls, strategy sessions, and coaching appointments are non-refundable once scheduled.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for legitimately completed services, delivered digital work, or approved project milestones.
Delayed Projects
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered inactive. Reactivation of inactive projects may require an additional fee.
Website Launch & Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all website content, functionality, and design prior to launch. Approval indicates acceptance of the completed work.
