Email works great. Once you are a Creative Operations client, you get a priority inbox that I check first every morning. Most requests are turned around within 48 hours.

No. Unused hours do not roll over. If you consistently have unused time, we can talk about whether your current tier is the right fit.

Access to your Canva account if applicable, your brand kit, and your website login. A brief onboarding call so I understand your brand voice and priorities, then just send requests as they come up.

Yes. Additional time is billed at my hourly rate. I will always flag it before going over so there are no surprise invoices.
